i haven't blogged in ages and i decided to check out my blogger...
i cringed so hard at my 10 year old self on the internet like mother of god was i really that shallow and rude and always missed out consonants and vowels every time i typed??? okay granted i am still shallow and rude *cue sheepish laughter* but yeah i do feel i have matured since then.
fast forward 7 years, and here i am, sitting in front of my new (and ridiculously expensive piece of machinery) and telling you about my life.
i managed to get a raw score of 10 for my l1r4 (miraculously, may i add) and well, got into np's mass comm the course of my dreams since sec 3. this year has been a pretty special year so far, even though it's only april. my parents have been giving me a lot more freedom this year, and i actually got to stay over at my friend hazique's place for new years eve with my gaming clique (aww yeah jacuzzi baby)
this year has also brought me a lot more work experience. during the long holiday, i did f&b (barista work and waitressing at a small restaurant in river valley) and retail (shoes, D&C) and i'm pretty happy to know all the wonderful people i've met so far (gilbert, emily, alpha, huizhen, ah kuan, and so on)
recently, i've also gotten together with my boyfriend, zac. he's as cheesy as hell and i don't even know how i stand it. it's really cute actually i've liked him since 2012 and we've been friends for 2 years and suddenly boom we're together i don't even know how that happened (actually i do but it doesn't matter i'm lazy to type) but yeah he's fantastic and i'm really blessed.
i thought that, well, since my poly life has pretty much started today with orientation, i should chronicle the events of this chapter of my life, since everyone says it's the best one of their life. instagram does do that, they say that a picture speaks a thousand words, but there's only so much an image can convey. i'm a reader, i prefer reading 3000 words as compared to staring at pretty pictures. so here i am, starting my new blog.
so yeah. new class for this sem. T102 yayyyy *cue applause*
love how we weren't really awkward or anything, we actually played extreme musical chairs (in one of the blk 51 classrooms with the wheeled chairs), and ice and water - i was one of the first few eliminated of course so i went around disturbing the frozen people, tickling their faces, pulling their hair, adjusting their spectacles, tying their shoelaces together (SHERYL IM SORRY BUT ITS FUNNY) and it was fabulous. great first day together, i really hope we can last like this for the whole of this sem.
